When a Refund is Eligible: You are eligible for a refund if:
The product arrived damaged or compromised due to shipping.
The product does not meet the purity standards stated in its specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
The incorrect item was sent to you.
The Refund Process: Once you report an issue, our quality control team will review the claim. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items: We cannot process refunds for products that have been opened, reconstituted, or tampered with by the user.
